Amie is the  Principal Consultant at  Table Group. She is also an active Trustee for the Business Ethics Alliance, further solidifying her dedication to fostering ethical leadership and organizational success in our community. In this session, Amie will guide you through the principles of Grace & Grit, a transformative approach to fostering team cohesion, clarity, and alignment. Drawing from her extensive experience in organizational health and leadership development, Amie will share actionable strategies for building a high-performing team culture that thrives on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect.Whether you’re navigating the challenges of team alignment, striving to elevate performance, or seeking to enhance your leadership effectiveness, this event will provide you with the tools and insights to take your team to the next level. About Amie GamboianAmie Gamboian brings over 25 years of executive leadership and coaching experience to her partnership with the Table Group. She consults CEO’s and executive teams in developing cultures anchored in cohesion, extreme clarity, communication effectiveness, and priority alignment. Amie provides a straightforward, practical, team-centered approach to organizational health, strategy, and problem-solving. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including agribusiness, automotive, banking, biosciences, construction, education, financial services, manufacturing, ministry, non-profit, and technology. Prior to accepting Patrick Lencioni’s invitation to join the Table Group consulting firm, Amie was in private practice. Before that, she created a leadership development curriculum and coaching resources for thousands of sales leaders while leading a sales team of nearly 2,000 people in a multi-billion-dollar international sales company. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a former speechwriter for the Governor of Nebraska. Every Leaders Lunch begins with time for you to pick up your meal, choose your seat and enjoy your lunch while getting to know the other leaders at your table.  We also open each gathering with a time of prayer.  Feeling uneasy about attending a lunch alone?  The Omaha Leaders team can be clearly identified by our blue polo shirts!  If you don't have someone to sit with, please choose a chair next to one of us because we're eager to meet and welcome you! 2. Each Leaders Lunch features a speaker who has prepared a message for our audience.  You can expect to hear real stories with actionable takeaways from leaders moving people to action daily. 3. After the speaker message, we intentionally leave space for discussion time around your table.  We will provide a few application questions to get the conversation flowing, but lunch attendees often find that conversations naturally deviate toward what's going on within their sphere of influence and how the message can be applied.The result?  True community that ignites city transformation.
