This training is scheduled to last two hours and will take place in a mostly seated office environment.  During the training, the presenter will discuss a range of topics and will seek out optional audience participation.  There will be multiple short sections where each participant will engage in live practice with another participant as they practice the skills taught during the training.  Please keep laptops and phones away unless there is an emergent issue that must be addressed immediately.  If you must address an issue, please leave the training room and return once it has been resolved.  During the training, if participants find it helpful to draw, knit, or engage in other non-distracting activities, they are encouraged to do so. We encourage participants to take a water bottle or other drink.
