If you are buying more than one ticket there is multiple lines, fill in a separate line for each child coming.

On December 5th, from 7 PM to 10 PM at the Sweetwater Event Center. Come dressed in your finest attire for a night of elegance and Fun. Enjoy a beautifully decorated venue, with a photo booth, delightful music, and delicious snacks and refreshments. This is a wonderful opportunity for students in 7th-12th grade to connect with friends and create lasting memories. We can’t wait to see you there!  Homeschool Students will be allowed to bring guests to the dance. Below are the expectations for the event: Parents/guardians of our young men, ladies and outside guests are expected to review the following information with your child(ren) to ensure that your child's behavior and attire meets the expectations for the event. The behavior referred to includes kissing or other displays of intimacy inappropriate for a school dance setting.</li><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">General Attire Guidelines (see below for specific guidelines for young men and young women)</li><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">Wear clothing that is comfortable, easy to walk and dance in, and does not need to be constantly adjusted in order to remain within dress code guidelines. Try your clothing on to be sure you can sit, stand, walk, and bend comfortably without encountering any issues.</li></ul>Young Mens' Attire:<ul><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">Apparel must follow the regular Arise school day dress code</li><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">Tee-shirts, sweatpants, athletic pants, or shorts are not considered to be appropriate. </li><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">Pants should be worn at or above the hips.</li><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">Undergarments should not be visible.</li></ul>Young Ladies' Attire:<ul><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">The hem of the dress including slits should be no higher than 6 inches (dollar bill length) above the knee.</li><li style="font-size:18px;box-sizing:inherit">The back of the dress will be no lower than the bottom of the rib cage.
