Upstream Prevention is expanding our "Find Your Rock" programming to include a memorial and recognition space at our new building! Just outside one of our front windows, we will install a CALM bench, plant some beautiful flowers, and install a recognition Rock Wall - and we are looking for your help! Each rock in the wall can be purchased and decorated in memory or honor of your loved one. Decorate one side (if you wish) to help us produce a colorful display, while the other side will stay plain in memory and recognition of all those we’ve lost and the community. All purchases for this Rock Wall will go to our #WelcomeHome Campaign, where all funds are currently being matched $1 for $1 by the Johnson County Community Foundation's Capital and Capacity Building Grant, thanks to funding from The Lily Endowment. Any additional donations made in this form will also go toward the matching challenge for our #WelcomeHome Campaign. This form can be used to purchase a rock, with opportunities to come to pick out your rock, decorate it, and attend the dedication when it's installed.
