Finding Center is a three-hour creative workshop blending gentle movement, guided reflection, journaling, and art-making. Through simple movement practices and accessible visual exercises, including collage, drawing, and mixed media, participants explore physical and sensory awareness as a foundation for creative focus and expression. Open to all experience levels, the workshop emphasizes exploration, presence, and creative inquiry over technique mastery, inviting connection with self and others through the creative process.
