Stress and anxiety are part of life&mdash;but they don&#39;t have to run your life. Join counselors Marybeth Wiefels and Joan Nasanow and their team of intuitive four-legged therapists for a powerful 4-hour experiential workshop designed to help you understand your stress patterns and discover practical tools for creating calm, confidence, and resilience. Horses have an extraordinary ability to sense human emotions and respond honestly in the moment. Through guided, hands-on experiences with these remarkable animals, you will gain insight into how stress affects your thoughts, body, and behavior&mdash;and learn simple, effective ways to shift your responses. In this workshop you will: &bull; Identify your personal stress and anxiety triggers&bull; Understand how stress and anxiety shows up in your body and reactions&bull; Learn practical techniques to regulate anxiety and overwhelm&bull; Experience how horses mirror emotional energy and help you reset&bull; Discover new ways to respond to pressure with clarity and calm No horse experience is necessary.
