LXCL:Participants will learn how to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)s, as well as key First Aid techniques for common injuries and illnesses.

This hands-on session gives first responders and supporters practical tools to respond confidently in medical emergencies. Your participation supports SC-RSI&rsquo;s mission to care for the whole responder&mdash;body and mind. ⛑️ Learn essential techniques, connect with others who serve, and help strengthen a culture of safety and peer support in South Carolina. Cost is $35 per person. &nbsp;Pre registration is required. &nbsp;Refunds are not available if you can not make the class.
