At FOUA&#39;s Fitness in the Garden, you&rsquo;ll join fellow gardeners for a low‑impact workout designed to increase strength and flexibility with movements specifically for gardeners by OneLife Fitness trainers 🌿. Come a little early or stay a little late to join volunteers in the garden, too. Registration is required for each participant. Both sessions will begin at 10 am.
