Camp resources, staffing, and supplies are planned months in advance based on enrollment. Late cancellations can impact our ability to fill spots and may disrupt the camp experience for all participants. This policy allows us to provide a well-prepared, enjoyable experience for every camper while balancing operational costs. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
