Each ticket covers a queen-size bed in a double room, desk, closet, and private bathroom. If traveling with a support person or care partner, each person must register separately. Each participant should provide the name of the requested roommate in the section below. Organizers will assign rooms accordingly, ensuring both are accommodated and will communicate clearly to address any questions or concerns. If you are traveling alone and reserve a bed in a double room, we will assign you a roommate.
