Food Talks is Community Food Box Project&#39;s first community dinner. We will discuss topics of food apartheid, hunger and food insecurity in Indianapolis. Conversation topics will include themes of historical racial and socioeconomic oppression and how our communities were, and continue to be impacted. Food will be catered by Anthony Whiteside, a former chef for the Pacer&#39;s. We will enjoy staples such as chicken, green beans, macaroni and cheese, salad, fruit, and light desserts. Don&#39;t miss out on this chance to have essential conversations about our city and make lasting connections that can impact the future of food sovereignty in Indianapolis.
