This year, we’re elevating the experience by bringing together talented artists and renowned Texas wineries setting at Boerne Main Plaza over Memorial Day Weekend. This is a relaxed fun art and wine experience with the attributes of a major fine art and wine festival. Friday May 23rd will be a ticketed Preview Party, including an auction, wine, and food from 4pm to 8pm. Saturday from 10am to 5pm will be the open Art & Wine Festival.  Self-guided maps will indicate all vendors locations. Vendors will have the opportunity to interact with the public through demonstrations and booth chats in their assigned areas. Great food, music, and activities for all ages. Get on board with a renowned group of registered Artists who will be exhibiting their works for sale, and awards. Reserve your booth today and be part of this fresh take on a cherished Boerne tradition! Fees: Booth fees are nonrefundable. Online payments only. Artists will receive confirmation of acceptance and payment. Artist booths will be assigned.  Staff Support:Staff will be present on site throughout the entire Waddle schedule of events Friday and Saturday. Set Up:Vendors can set up Friday from 10am to 3pm. Trailers should be in place by 11am. Friday Show opens at 4pm. Saturday set up will begin at 7am - 10am, and opens promptly at 10am. Vehicles must be moved from loading area by 9am. Tear down begins at 5pm on Saturday. Absolutely no early staging of cars and trailers will be allowed. No hammered-in stakes due to water lines. Only weights (25 pounds or more is suggested) or screw in pet type stakes.  Vendor Equipment:All vendors should have a canopy (since areas may not be fully shaded) along with the necessary tables and chairs for their booths. Vendors are responsible for bringing any equipment. Electric is available. Bring a 75ft electric extension cord. 30/50amp plugs are limited.  Parking: Artist and vendor vehicles are subject to towing in not parked in designated areas. Approved parking is at the Kendall County Courthouse, the Boerne Visitor Center (cars only), and Lohmann St. trailers are okay. ATMS:ATMs are available at the Plaza Gazebo and Bank of America.  Restrooms:Restrooms are located across the street at the west end of the plaza.  Pets:This is a pet-friendly event at outdoor locations, and owners are expected to pick up after their pets. Excessive barking is discouraged and may result in your being asked to remove your pet. Badges:Vendors will be given badges with lanyards for participant identification and entry into the Artists' areas. Security:Police will be available if required for an emergency. Security is being provided on Friday night, if you wish to setup your tents, tables, and chairs, etc., we are not responsible for them. Events Off Main, staff and affiliates, merchants, the Hill Country Council for the Arts, and the City of Boerne accept no liability for any reason monetarily or otherwise for artist's equipment, artworks - original or reproduced, vehicles, etc. By signing this application, the artist named below holds harmless all organizations and individuals associated with the Boerne Art Waddle for any reason.
