Designed especially for those carrying deep wounds from betrayal and unresolved hurt, this class gently explores what true biblical forgiveness looks like&mdash;and what it does not. Together, we will walk through a step-by-step process that helps release the grip of resentment, quiet the mental replay of painful offenses, and begin moving forward even when the person who hurt you refuses to change or never offers an apology. Through rich Bible teaching, thoughtful discussion, and supportive community, participants will learn how to disarm emotional triggers, rebuild trust in themselves and in God, and rediscover the possibility of peace and joy again. This course is not about minimizing your pain or rushing forgiveness. Instead, it creates a safe space where your story is honored, your resistance is understood, and healing can begin at a pace that respects both your heart and your journey with the Lord.
