Yes, the decorative macarons are made in house as well. Adrian Thummel has won numerous awards for her desserts including at the Fort Bend County Fair as well as State.
The cake will be baked during the auction and ready for local pick up or delivery at the buyers convenience at auction close.

Our summer fundraiser benefits Opossums, birds, raccoons, and rabbits. Birds have unique needs including insects and seafood that we do not purchase year round. Many of our Opossum intakes at this time of year are older and require critical care. Raccoons are the most expensive animal we currently rehabilitate. We have been fortunate enough to add a new subpermittee for rabbits so will be able to increase the number of rabbits taken in.
