Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at the Friends of San Antonio Natural Areas member meeting. 🎉 This member meeting will include light refreshments, socializing, and a presentation from Joseph Plappert, San Antonio Urban Biologist for the San Antonio Metro Area. He will be giving a presentation on living with urban wildlife.&nbsp; There is a common misconception that wildlife primarily exists outside of the city, but not only are many wildlife species common in urban spaces, several have actually adapted to exploit the urban environment to their advantage. While there are chances for human-wildlife conflict in cities there are many simple, common sense actions people can take to better coexist with the wildlife in their own backyards Thank you for supporting our mission. Your support is invaluable. Non-members are welcome to attend and join during the meeting.&nbsp; The meeting is being held in the Urban Ecology Center&#39;s Gathering Hall.
