Parent/Caregiver's Responsibility:

​-Students in 5th grade and above who self-dismiss can attend by themselves. 

-Students in 4th grade and below need to be brought to the library by a parent/caregiver.

-If your child attends APFK, check with them to see if they can escort your child to Homework Help.

Parents do not need to stay during the session, but they should remain nearby to pick up their children when needed.

Punctuality: Our volunteers' time is valuable. Please ensure your child arrives promptly at 3:00 PM. If no students have arrived by 3:30 PM, volunteers will conclude the session and depart.

Attendance: Students are expected to leave after Chinese Homework is done. Parent/Caregiver should remain nearby to pick up their children when needed.

Repeat No-Shows: If you're unable to attend a session you've signed up for, please email dual.language@shuangwenpa.org. If a family misses 2 sessions without notice, we will remove their upcoming sign-ups.

Student Conduct: The PA reserves the right to discontinue homework assistance for any students who behave inappropriately or disrupt the session repeatedly.
