Beginning in September we will be hosting in person yoga! This class is open to anyone interested in practicing yoga with a special focus on connecting people in recovery/living a sober lifestyle.&nbsp; Hosted by Madi Nitzky, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher trained in Trauma-Informed Vinyasa Yoga through Unity Yoga, this gentle, beginner-friendly class is designed to support stress relief, mindful movement, and connection to the breath. Madi&rsquo;s teaching style emphasizes creating an approachable, welcoming space where participants can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move in a way that feels supportive.&nbsp; Open to all bodies, abilities, and experience levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Mats provided.
