&ldquo;Classe pour Enfants&rdquo;, is a six-week French class designed especially for young learners. This session is geared to students in Kindergarten to 2nd grade, and will be taught by R&eacute;gine Whittlesey, who has decades of experience as a French teacher at the Freeport Waldorf School. The class introduces children to the French language through games, stories, and songs &mdash; creating a fun and engaging environment where kids can learn their first French words or build on what they already know.Two things to note about this session: <ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Class hours are 9am to 10am</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There is no class Saturday October 10th.</li></ol>Research shows that the earlier children begin studying a foreign language, the easier it is for them to absorb it. With this program, AFDUME is proud to give children in our community the gift of language &mdash; opening doors to new cultures, new ways of thinking, and lifelong learning.
