Curated by Brooklyn-based producer and rapper Cryptic One (Ian), co-founder of UBIQUITY, a quarterly Brooklyn underground hip-hop event series alongside Rijo and Paze Infinite, Frequency Fest is a space where the underground comes outside.&nbsp; Expect an eclectic mix of artists doing it on their own terms, making music that means something.
