Fresh Start: Take the Plunge!A Hot & Cold Bathhouse Adventure at The Ripple Some mornings call for coffee. This one calls for a cold plunge! 🥶🔥 Ready to turn up the heat, embrace the chill, and try something completely different? Teetotal Initiative's Fresh Start series is heading to The Ripple, Lawrenceville's cozy, one-of-a-kind pop-up bathhouse, for a Saturday morning filled with warmth, wellness, a little adventure, and plenty of good company! And trust us, this isn't your average trip to the spa! Founded by sisters Anna and Lydia, The Ripple was inspired by their love of natural hot springs, bathhouses, and the incredible experience of contrast therapy, the practice of alternating between hot and cold. They brought a little of that magic home to Pittsburgh, creating a welcoming space where you can slow down, recharge, connect, and maybe even discover a whole new appreciation for an ice-cold dip. And now, we're taking the plunge! Imagine spending your Saturday morning exploring:

🔥 Bubbling Hot Tubs — Sink in, soak away the stress, and let the warm water work its magic.

🧖 Saunas & Steam — Get cozy, turn up the heat, and enjoy a little well-deserved relaxation.

🥶 Cold Plunges — Feeling brave? Take a dip in the chilly water for a refreshing jolt to your senses!

❤️ Red-Light Relaxation — Slow things down and enjoy another side of The Ripple's wellness experience.

☕ Cozy Community Spaces — Kick back, grab a refreshment, enjoy some snacks, and spend time with some pretty fantastic people.

Sound refreshing? Absolutely!Sound a little ridiculous? Maybe! Will it be an experience worth talking about? We certainly think so! And here's the best part: There's absolutely no pressure to do anything you're not comfortable with! Cold plunging not your thing? No problem! Keep things comfortably toasty. Never been in a sauna? Here's your chance! Want to try a little bit of everything? Go for it! This experience is all about exploring at your own pace, stepping outside your comfort zone if you feel like it, and having some fun along the way. 💦 Two Sessions, One Morning of Connection!Because The Ripple is an intimate space, we're offering two back-to-back sessions, each limited to just 20 participants.Session One: 10:00–11:00 AMSession Two: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM Here's how it works! Your ticket reserves one full hour to enjoy The Ripple's bathhouse amenities, including the hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, and other wellness features.BUT... you're welcome to join us for the entire two-hour event, from 10 AM until noon! During the hour that isn't your reserved bathhouse session, you're invited to relax in the common area, enjoy some snacks and refreshments, strike up a conversation, meet someone new, or simply hang out with your fellow Teetotalers! For example, if you register for the 11 AM session, feel free to come at 10 AM to socialize before taking your plunge. And if you're in the 10 AM session, we'd love for you to stick around afterward! Please note: Access to the bathhouse amenities is limited to your selected one-hour session. The additional hour is for enjoying the common gathering area and connecting with others. After all, as much as we love a good hot tub, we think the connections we make outside of it can be just as refreshing! 📍 The DetailsSaturday, November 7, 202610:00 AM–12:00 PMThe Ripple 5432 Butler Street Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (Lawrenceville) What to bring:

A swimsuit

A towel

A water bottle

Optional: Indoor-only sandals or water-friendly footwear

A little curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

🎟️ Registration & WaitlistOnly 40 spots are available for this special Fresh Start adventure! When registering, please select ONE of the following ticket options:

10 AM Bathhouse Session — Limited to 20 participants.

11 AM Bathhouse Session — Limited to 20 participants.

Waitlist — If both sessions are full, add your name to the waitlist!
