Friday Reset: A Weekly Practice

NOTE: &nbsp;The Friday Reset will start on Friday, June 5th. A 20-minute weekly space to close the week and return to center. Through simple, guided practices, we&rsquo;ll release the pace of the week, settle the nervous system, and create a clear transition into the weekend. Each session is different and may include reflection, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, journaling, or simple ritual. Come as you are. Nothing to prepare. About Our PresenterCarolyn Romano, JD, brings together deep experience in law, leadership, technology, and spiritual practice to serve communities with compassion and insight. She is a shamanic practitioner, Lakota sacred pipe carrier, and founder of Bliss Healing Arts, creating spaces for healing, self-care, and empowerment. Carolyn also hosts the popular radio show Living on Purpose with Carolyn Romano, runs Charlie&rsquo;s Place Animal Sanctuary with her husband Curt, and has served on the Board of the Theosophical Society in Boston since 2000.
