The Reentry Convening will bring together leaders, service providers, fair chance employers, formerly incarcerated individuals, community partners, and advocates for a full day focused on strengthening reentry across Mississippi.

Through engaging discussions, breakout sessions, shared experiences, and opportunities to connect, attendees will explore the challenges individuals face before and after release, highlight programs and partnerships that are making an impact, and identify new ways to improve access to employment, housing, education, treatment, support services, and long-term stability.

More than a conference, this convening is an opportunity to bring the people doing the work into the same room, build stronger partnerships, elevate lived experience, and move from conversation to action in creating better pathways home.
