In this 45-minute mini masterclass, Whitney will guide us through the sensory analysis of olive oil, reminding us that olive oil is, at its heart, a fruit juice. Together we&rsquo;ll swirl, smell, and sip four distinct oils, learning how to detect fresh fruit characteristics, understand the differences between fall and winter harvests, and appreciate the aromas and flavors that truly great olive oil brings to the plate. The tasting will be followed by an open Q&amp;A, inviting curiosity and conversation.
