Our Frontline De-Escalation Class is designed for anyone who works directly with people, whether that’s face-to-face or over the phone. From customer service teams and healthcare staff to retail associates and public-facing professionals, this course equips you with the tools to confidently navigate even the most challenging interactions.

Built on real-life scenarios and hands-on learning, participants will work through common workplace challenges and gain practical techniques to defuse tension, communicate effectively, and create safer, more positive outcomes. These are the same strategies trusted by first responders, now available to you. Come as an individual or bring your team. 

This class will be July 10th from 9:30am to 12pm
