LXCL:Spelt, einkorn, rye and Rouge de Bordeaux round out our flagship loaf—aromatic and deeply wheaty, with subtle sweetness, a caramelized crust and a tender, soft crumb.

Classic Country Sourdough

LXCL:Red Fife, Black Emmer and rye give this loaf a deeper, nuttier character, with chia and flax throughout and a deeply toasted seed crust.

LXCL:Turkey Red, durum and spelt create a golden, flavorful foundation for slow-roasted garlic and fresh rosemary—savory, aromatic and built for the dinner table.

With every bake, at least 20% of the loaves we produce are donated to neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Every purchase also directly supports the mission and outreach of FUMC Westfield. Our bread is naturally leavened, traditionally fermented, and made with freshly milled grains sourced through direct relationships with the farmers who grow them.
