Since Fall 2024, Freedom Youth Yoga has partnered with Y.E.L.L.S. (Youth Empowerment through Leadership, Learning, and Service) to offer weekly yoga classes for students at Fair Oaks Elementary School. Through movement, breathing practices, and mindfulness, students learn tools to manage stress, build confidence, and strengthen emotional resilience.
This auction item is a sponsorship opportunity offered through the silent auction. The winning bidder will sponsor the Fall 2026 semester of youth yoga programming at Fair Oaks Elementary.
Your sponsorship includes at least three updates during the semester, which may include:
These updates offer a meaningful window into the impact of your support.
Freedom Youth Yoga prioritizes serving communities where access to wellness programs is limited.
The United Way of Greater Atlanta created the Child Well-Being Index, an interactive map that identifies neighborhoods where children face the greatest barriers to thriving. You can explore the data here:
https://unitedwayatlanta.org/learn/
According to the Child Well-Being Index, 79 neighborhoods across metro Atlanta are experiencing declining child well-being, impacting more than 77,000 children.
As United Way notes:
“By knowing exactly where kids face the greatest challenges in Greater Atlanta, we have the capability to be laser-focused in where we build partnerships and direct resources.”
Because Freedom Youth Yoga believes a child’s zip code should not determine their access to tools that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being, we intentionally pursue programs in these communities. The Fair Oaks area is identified as one of the neighborhoods where additional resources can make a powerful difference.
Your sponsorship helps ensure that students at Fair Oaks Elementary have access to mindfulness, movement, and resilience practices that support both learning and well-being.

Because Freedom Youth Yoga believes a child’s zip code should not determine their access to the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga, we actively pursue programs in these communities—including Fair Oaks.
Your sponsorship helps bring breath, movement, and resilience tools to students who benefit from them most.

Since Summer of 2025, Freedom Youth Yoga has been proud to bring the transformative power of mindfulness to the Franklin Gateway community in Marietta. Through our partnership with Star C, we provide weekly yoga classes to the 40 children at the Stratford Ridge apartment community—helping them navigate life’s challenges with focus, emotional regulation, and physical strength.
With the 2025–2026 school year winding down, we are looking for a dedicated partner to help us finish the year strong. Currently operating without a dedicated sponsor, this vital program needs your support to remain a consistent, grounding force for these students.
By winning this bid, you become the Official Fall 2026 Sponsor for the Star C yoga program. Your sponsorship covers all classes from August through December 2026, ensuring the mats stay out and the breathing stays deep.
As a thank you for your generosity, you will receive three personalized updates during the semester, featuring:
Freedom Youth Yoga is on a mission to bridge the "wellness gap." We intentionally seek out communities identified by the United Way of Greater Atlanta Child Well-Being Index. This index maps neighborhoods where children face the steepest barriers to success, and the Franklin Gateway corridor remains one of the most critical areas for targeted support.
We believe a child’s zip code should not be a barrier to the mental and emotional benefits of yoga. While the Franklin Gateway area has seen significant revitalization, the need for accessible, trauma-informed wellness programming is higher than ever.
Your bid isn't just a donation; it's an investment in the resilience of Marietta’s youth. Help us ensure that every child at Star C has the tools they need to breathe through stress and move toward a brighter future.

Freedom Youth Yoga has been invited to lead yoga sessions during Field Day at Cleveland Avenue Elementary School, a small Pre-K through 5th grade school in South Atlanta.
Students will rotate through short yoga sessions during the event, with groups of about 20 students at a time. Through breathing, movement, and mindfulness, students will experience simple tools for focus, calm, and emotional regulation—skills many children carry with them long after the mat is rolled up.
The school community faces significant economic barriers. Approximately 97% of students qualify for free or reduced lunch, and the school has limited resources to provide enrichment opportunities like wellness programming.
The school sits in South Atlanta’s 30315 corridor, an area identified by the United Way of Greater Atlanta Child Well-Being Index as a community where children face some of the region’s greatest barriers to thriving.

“Where a child grows up should not determine their opportunity to thrive.”
Your sponsorship will cover the cost of bringing a certified, trauma-informed Freedom Youth Yoga instructor, yoga mats, and fun props to the school for approximately two hours of yoga sessions during Field Day, allowing dozens of students to experience a wellness practice many may encounter for the very first time.
For many students, this could be their first introduction to yoga, mindfulness, and the idea that their breath can help them manage stress and emotions.
Sponsor will receive communication from the teacher which may include photos, videos, or fun stories about the event.
