The 2025 Fort Wood Community Spouses' Club Holiday Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, December 6th from 9 am to 3 pm at Waynesville High School. This annual community tradition draws a huge crowd of holiday shoppers eager to browse, buy, and enjoy the day - and food is always one of the highlights! With limited spots available, your truck will have the chance to stand out, serve hundreds of hungry guests, and be part of the one of the most festive and well-loved events in the area.  There are 8 food trucks spaces available - reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. <ul><li>$100   Food Truck Fee - Fee is per food truck space.</li></ul>**Electricity is not provided for food trucks. Professional Conduct<ul><li>Vendors must treat all customers, volunteers, military members, spouses, and fellow vendors with courtesy and respect at all times.</li><li>Harassment, discrimination, aggressive sales tactics, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.</li><li>Vendors must follow all instructions from FWCSC event coordinators, security personnel, and base/facility authorities.</li></ul>2. Compliance with Laws &amp; Regulations<ul><li>Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, health permits, and liability insurance.</li><li>Vendors must comply with local, state, and federal health/safety regulations, as well as any applicable base or installation rules.</li><li>Food must be stored, prepared, and served in accordance with health department standards.</li></ul>3. Safety &amp; Cleanliness<ul><li>Vendors must maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment in and around their food truck at all times.</li><li>Trash, grease, and other waste must be properly contained and disposed of in designated receptacles.</li><li>Vehicles and equipment must be in safe working order and operated with care to protect attendees, staff, and property.</li></ul>4.
