* You assume full responsibility for any adverse reactions, illnesses, or medical emergencies resulting from food allergen cross-contamination or food consumption.

* You understand that buffet items, live food stations, and served dishes may contain hot ingredients, bones, or spices, and you consume them at your own risk.

* You acknowledge that smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and substance abuse are prohibited within the church premises, and violators will be immediately removed from the event.

* You voluntarily assume all risks of slips, trips, falls, and accidental injuries within the event facility, walkways, and parking lots.

* You fully release, waive, and discharge St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, its diocese, clergy, volunteers, and the venue from any and all liability.

* You covenant and agree not to file any lawsuit, legal action, or arbitration claim against the Church for any personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.

* You agree to indemnify the Church for all legal fees and financial damages if you or your estate bring a lawsuit contrary to this agreement.

* You grant the Church an irrevocable right to use your photograph, video likeness, and voice in future promotional, social media, and archival materials without compensation.

* You agree the Church and venue are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, vehicles, or valuables left on the premises.

* You acknowledge all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, and event programs or menus may change without notice.

* All attendees must be at least 12 years of age on or before the day of the event. Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times.

* You agree that all proceeds and donations will be used at the absolute discretion of the Church for capital improvements, operations, charity, or other parish needs.
