Vending Terms and ConditionsFeesThe non-refundable vending fee of $80.00 is required upon approval to reserve your space.Event Details Event Date: February 13, 2025Event Time: 6 pm to 9:30 pmSetup Time: Vendors are required to arrive by 5:45 pm and complete setup by 6 pmLocation: 2021 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228 Setup and EquipmentWe will provide 1 table and two chairs.  You will have to bring your own display racks, extension cords, and any other setup materials needed.Vendors are responsible for the security and safety of their own merchandise and setup materials. The event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.Permits and ComplianceVendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications required to sell their products at the event.Vendors are expected to comply with all local laws, health regulations, and fire safety codes.Product and Service LimitationsAll items sold must be approved by the event organizers. The sale of prohibited, illegal, or harmful items is strictly forbidden.Vendor ConductVendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward all attendees, staff, and fellow vendors.Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including excessive noise or aggressive selling tactics, will not be tolerated. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor acting in violation of this policy without a refund.Cleanup and BreakdownVendors are responsible for leaving their assigned space clean and clear of any debris.Breakdown may only begin after the event is near completion.Vendors are prohibited from packing up and leaving before the event’s official end time unless prior approval has been granted by the event organizers.Liability and InsuranceVendors acknowledge that they participate in the event at their own risk.The event organizers and the hosting venue will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by vendors, their staff, or their property.Vendors are encouraged to obtain liability insurance to cover potential risks associated with vending.Cancellation PolicyIf a vendor cannot attend the event after confirming participation, the vendor must notify the event organizers as soon as possible.The vending fee is non-refundable. In cases of event cancellation by the organizers, vendors will be notified, and refunds or rescheduling options will be discussed.
