Bidding begins on March 14th at 6:00pm and ends on March 14th  at 8:00pm (or close of silent auction). 2. The auction item value listed is based on an estimate of the fair market value, as determined by the item donor and Graham Business Association. ‍3. All bids must meet the minimum bid requirements, or they will be disqualified. 4. Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the bid minimum. 5. All bids are FINAL. 6. Bidders agree to pay in full the amount they bid at the conclusion of the auction. 7. Some limits may apply to auction items. 8. Age restrictions apply to certain items. Bids placed by any individual who does not legally qualify for any item will be disqualified. Valid ID will be required to purchase items with an age restriction.‍ 9. The Graham Business Association, Bethel Schools, staff and volunteers assisting with the auction, assumes no liability for risk or hazards associated with items won. Winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury. 10. The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction (or the bidder who chooses the “Buy Now” option, where applicable) will win the item. 11. Items will not be released to winners until payment has been received in full.  Items are to be picked up in the foyer, immediately following the auction, unless other arrangements have been made. 12. All items are sold as-is. 13.
