Per the NCNW National Bylaws, Article V, Section 2: Annual dues and membership fees shall be payable between January 1 and May 31 for the ensuing fiscal year. Members whose dues and fees are not paid by May 31 will receive a notice that they are delinquent and assessed a ten ($10.00) dollar late fee. If the dues and fees are unpaid by September 30, the members will lose their membership.
