LXCL:Each non-refundable ticket allows entry to all locations. A service fee is automatically applied by the Zeffy platform. Buyers may adjust the default percentage during check out. For group orders 20 or more tickets, you will have the option to pay by check or Zelle without a Zeffy service fee. During check out, follow the instructions for paying by check. Once your payment is validated, your tickets will be released to you. Your ticket reservation will expire after 30 days if payment has not been received.

As soon as payment is confirmed, your e-tickets will be releases and an confirmation email sent to the buyer.

Guests will enjoy a self-guided walking tour of six beautifully decorated historic homes&nbsp;in downtown St. Augustine. From a grand waterfront Mediterranean Revival residence to charming lakeside cottages, the tour showcases the unique character and architectural beauty of the nation&#39;s oldest city. Each location will be transformed for the holidays with fresh greenery, live floral arrangements, and festive d&eacute;cor created by Garden Club members, blending historic charm with the warmth and elegance of the season. You will receive your e-ticket (we are totally digital this year) and other important information shortly after you complete you purchase. This will be a rain or shine event. Young children are welcomed but must be carried or hands held while inside the homes. No pets (including service animals) are allowed inside the tour homes.
