Your creation can be made of any materials (not limited to edible materials) but must follow a few guidelines:

• All entry forms must be received by Friday December 4th
• All entries must be delivered to the Stevens Estate between 12:00PM and 4:00PM Thursday December 10th
• All entries must be placed on a plywood board base or sturdy cardboard not exceeding 24”x 24"x24” and be able to be easily transported.
• All entries must include a cover to protect them overnight (plastic, box, etc.)
• All entries will be raffled off. Materials will not be returned to you.
• Entrants will not be provided with a power source; should you choose to add lighted or powered elements, they should be battery powered.
• Entries must not contain violent imagery, offensive language, political messages etc. It is the discretion of the board to not accept or remove any unsuitable entries.
• The NA Merchants Association/Stevens Estate is not responsible for collapses or other damage to the creations.
• NAMA reserves the right to consider factors including but not limited to type of business, location of business when accepting the registration of non-member businesses/organizations.
