Grade Level FundThe Grade Level Fund is a shared fund for each grade level to support teachers, students, and classroom community activities throughout the school year. Families may contribute voluntarily to their child&rsquo;s Grade Level Fund. Funds are managed by BASIS Richardson Boosters and the Grade Level Coordinators (GLCs). Funds may be used for:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Teacher wish list items</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Classroom supplies</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Birthday treats and student celebrations</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Classroom parties and grade-level events</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Teacher and staff appreciation</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Small classroom enrichment or hospitality needs</li></ul>Guidelines<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Please note in the first asked question that what event you contribute to so we can use the donations aligned with your good intentions.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All purchases and reimbursements must follow BASIS Richardson Boosters financial procedures and include receipts.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Funds should benefit the grade level as a whole whenever possible.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Unused funds may not be transferred to individuals or classrooms.</li><li fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cash gifts are not permitted.</li></ul>Year-End Balance Any remaining funds at the end of the school year will be used for teacher appreciation and grade-level staff recognition within that grade.
