Graduate Circle: I and We – Exploring our Univocity invites Guild graduates into a contemplative space to reflect on how “I” and “we” live together in one sacred story. We will listen for the ways our unique paths and shared belonging shape spiritual guidance and sacred action. In order to respond to spiritual hunger, the participants will experience the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity as a tool for spiritual and community self-understanding and combine Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, and Johari Window to emphasize the importance of both "I and We" awareness and the ability to integrate oneself within the collective. Rooted in The Guild’s commitment to a radically inclusive circle of trust, this gathering offers gentle structure, shared reflection, and spacious time to notice what is emerging in and among us. PRESENTER Bill Cruse is an Episocpal priest and pastor, and completed the Guild for Spiritual Guidance, AP XX. With AFS he lived in Italy for a year.
