You can win a fully furnished, poolside 

• The unit is fully furnished, 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 4 with access to 3 pools, swim up bars, scuba shop , spa and much more.
• This is a fully flexible “RED” week, which means you are open to make reservations any time of year (except Christmas and New Years Weeks).  Arrivals and departures are on Friday, Saturday, or Sundays.  A highly sought after property within RCI and Interval international timeshare exchange programs.  Mudslides on the beach, bingo at the pool, and plenty of water sports and sunshine.
• The unit is available one week per year.  You can buy more weeks or miss a year, and the week can be transferred to the following year for a longer stay.
• Annual maintenance fee is about $1,400 (estimate) – which is the same as your yearly rental fee.
• It is a 99 year lease with about 60 years left (the Kieblers have had it for 30 years and enjoyed it so much).
• There is a transfer fee of $375 to an individual will be covered by Kieblers.
