  Payment for vendor space at the Grand Rapids Foodie Fest, July 3–5, 2026 at Calder Plaza. This payment secures one Vendor space only. All payments are final and non-refundable. By submitting payment, vendor acknowledges and agrees that this is a confirmed purchase of event space and is not eligible for cancellation, chargeback, or dispute unless approved in writing by event organizers. Vendor space is subject to all event rules, requirements, and deadlines.

• Intended for select, lower-demand food or beverage offerings
• Menu must be limited in scope and approved in advance
• Items may include hot dogs, pretzels, basic snacks, or non-specialty beverages
• Not available to high-volume or specialty beverage vendors (e.g., lemonade, specialty drink concepts)
• Festival reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in this category.
• Disclaimer: Placement in the Limited-Menu category is determined by the festival based on product type, expected demand, and overall vendor balance. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked if menu changes are made.
