<div>Thank you for your interest in From This Day Forward's Great Gown Makeover Competition!  This event is open to all high school students, amateur adults, and professionals within our community! Participants will receive one of our "outdated" wedding gowns and be given several weeks to completely transform your gown into a new design.   The gown does NOT have to be a wedding gown for the finished project. -The only stipulations we have is that it must be at least 50% original material and that it must be wearable. We look forward to seeing our "dated" gowns repurposed and re-designed into something new! This year we are bringing back our fashion show element to our awards celebration to be able to show off your final projects!</div><div> </div><div>Please complete the questions below to confirm your participation in this event.  We are asking for a $30 registration fee for solo participants and a $55 participation fees for team of 2 registrants and $80 for a team of 3.  Registration includes: gown and ticket to the Awards Celebration and Fashion Show!    Sponsorship opportunities are available should you like to sponsor a participant! Please read the following information for the rules and dates of the event.  If you are in need of registration assistance or have any questions please email us at info@fromthisdayforwardministry.org </div><div> </div><div>Registration will close on December 19, 2025. </div><div> </div><div>COMPETITION RULES:</div>1. Gowns will be randomly assigned to each participant and distributed in January 2026.  An email with exact date and time will be sent at a later date.  2.  New materials may be added so long as 50% of the finished product is original to the gown.  3.  BE CREATIVE! The finished product DOES NOT have to be a Wedding Dress. It just needs to be wearable.  4. Gowns MUST be brought to From This Day Forward by March 18th to be set up for display.  Exact times will be emailed at a later date.  5. Participants are responsible for either modeling or finding a model for their creation during the Fashion Show &amp; Awards Celebration on Friday, March 20th, at the Summit Room at Ceruti's Event Center.  6.  Additional ticket details will be emailed to all participants at a later date. 7.  All gowns MUST be removed from Ceruti's at the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony on March 20, 2026. 8. Gowns can be taken home or donated back to From This Day Forward.
