Hanna Chung is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience working with couples and individuals. 

We will explore the hallmarks of Grief and learn tools to navigate and journey through the process of grief. This Advance is for anyone who has experienced grief, who is currently grieving, or is curious about how to navigate grief. 

We will be going through the The Grief Recovery Handbook by John James and Russel Friedman 

Grief Advance will be 5 weeks via ZOOM on Thursdays at 8 PM
