Grief can feel heavy when we carry it alone. A Space to Breathe is a gentle grief support circle for anyone carrying the loss of a loved one. This is a safe, compassionate space to breathe, reflect, remember, and feel supported without judgment. We will begin with a simple breathing exercise to calm the nervous system, then open the circle for sharing, listening, and honoring the loved ones we carry in our hearts. This is not about fixing grief. It is about creating a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported. You are welcome to bring a photo, a keepsake, or just yourself. This circle is offered free of charge through The Aura Foundation. Space is limited to 10 participants to keep the circle intimate, so registration is required. Registration is required as space is limited. Questions?
