Join us for a 3-part workshop series focused on sustainable gardening practices that empower you to grow your own garden while giving back to your community and the earth. Each session includes hands-on activities, beginner-friendly guidance, and projects you can take home.
Whether you’re planting your first seed or looking to deepen your impact, this series is designed to inspire mindful gardening and meaningful generosity - from starting small at home to sharing the harvest.

Tina Cross is the founder of GoodRoots Family Education, a community and family-centered program that teaches families about gardening and sustainability. Tina has a M.Ed. in Family Social Science and is a licensed Parent Educator. In her free time, she volunteers as a Minnesota Master Gardener and Master Naturalist, as well as chases her busy toddler!

Class Registration Terms & Conditions:
Payment & Registration: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable. SOLCA reserves the right to cancel the class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Class Rescheduling: If the class is rescheduled, participants will be notified promptly. You may choose to transfer your registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
Liability: SOLCA is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the class. Participation is at your own risk.
Materials & Equipment: All necessary materials and equipment will be provided unless otherwise specified. Please inform the instructor of any restrictions, limitations, or allergies in advance.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the instructor's guidelines and respect fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
