So many of us know the quiet tug of a gut feeling &mdash; the hesitation before saying yes, the pull toward a decision we can&#39;t quite explain &mdash; and yet we talk ourselves out of listening to it.&nbsp; Over time, that disconnect from our own inner voice can leave us feeling unmoored, unsure of what we actually want or need. Horses, by nature, are deeply intuitive &mdash; they live fully in the present and respond to what&#39;s real, not what&#39;s performed.&nbsp; In their calm, honest presence, we&#39;re invited to soften the noise of overthinking and remember what it feels like to trust ourselves again.
