This session offers a practical &quot;embodied reset&quot;: Simple, accessible movement you can do right at your desk or between sessions and meetings to release built-up tension, restore energy, and return to your work with greater ease and presence.&nbsp; Drawing on decades of performance and somatic movement training, Andrea Mislan guides participants through small shifts in awareness that change how we feel, move, and engage with the people and work around us.&nbsp; Participants will leave with a handful of quick, repeatable tools to reset, recharge, and show up with greater clarity, confidence, and choice.&nbsp; No experience, special clothing, or equipment is needed to participate.
