🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready for Tai Chi for Arthritis offered by West Florida Area Health Education Center located at the Gulf Breeze Senior Center (attached to St. Francis Church).&nbsp; This class is hosted on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-10am. Tai Chi is an 8 week long class starting June 2nd till July 23rd, hosted twice a week! No experience is necessary to start participating and join the class! Please register if you know you are able to attend all 16 classes, this is not a drop-in class. Attendance and participation is important to know so we are able to keep hosting these classes in our community!
