Join Special Stars of the North Coast for a spooktacular Halloween Carnival filled with fun for all ages! Enjoy carnival games, a costume contest, delicious food, prizes, and plenty of Halloween surprises. Come dressed in your favorite costume and celebrate with us on Sunday, October 25, from 2:00&ndash;5:00 PM at Rocky River Memorial Hall. Special Stars attend FREE, and all guests are $10.Please RSVP by October 21. We can&rsquo;t wait to see you there!
