Join us for the Halloween Spooktacular 👻🎃 hosted by the Mat-Su 4-H Horse Council. Riders of all levels are welcome for a day of costumes, mounted games, and obstacle course. All activities support our mission to help youth build horsemanship skills, responsibility, and confidence. Complete this form to register each rider and horse so we can plan classes!
