Reserve a guaranteed parking space for a Spirit of Halloweentown weekend at the Columbia County Courthouse and Riverfront lot, steps from the heart of the festivities.Each purchase reserves one space for both Saturday and Sunday of the weekend you choose. Parking hours are [8 am &ndash; 11 pm]. The Season Pass holds the same space for all six weekends.Before your weekend, we&#39;ll email you a printable dashboard placard showing your assigned space number. Print it and place it face-up on your dashboard.This program is operated by St. Helens Main Street Alliance in partnership with Columbia County.A note about checkout: Main Street uses Zeffy, a free card processing platform for nonprofits. At checkout, Zeffy will ask for an optional contribution to support their platform. This is not part of your parking fee and does not go to Main Street or the County. You&#39;re welcome to change the amount to $0 using the drop-down.Terms: All sales are final. Passes are transferable and may be used in any vehicle; simply display the placard. Refunds are issued only if the County is unable to provide the space. Sales for each weekend close at noon on the Friday before.
