This serves as a deposit on a full-size booth. If/when a booth becomes available, the Vendor Coordinator will contact the applicant to accept or decline that booth location and facilitate the remaining fee.

*If we are unable to get you into the show, you will receive a full refund (no processing fee). If you choose to cancel your waitlist ticket, a $50 processing fee will apply.

*Remaining booths do not have access to electricity

Side room A and B are the same price and size (10x10ft)

Half booths are either a 10x5ft or 5x10ft - depending on location (Military Discount not applicable on half booths)

One 8x3ft table located in the hallway - Open to Non-Profit Organizations and Sheppard AFB Private Organizations (Military Discount not applicable on non-profit tables)
