VENDOR SPACE APPLICATIONSaturday, October 3, 2026 | 10:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PMVendor spaces will be located in the paved parking lot between First National Bank and the Dietrich Theater. Vendor spaces are $100 each. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.Once your application and payment are received, TBPA will confirm your participation and provide vendor location and event-day instructions prior to Hometown Harvest Fest. EVENT GUIDELINES<ul fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There is no electricity available.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">You may not run power cords into businesses.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If you have any flammable liquids onsite (gasoline, LP, etc.), you must have an approved appropriate fire extinguisher.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Keep your tent secured with weights. Remove canopy in the event of high winds.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">We trust that we will have your understanding and cooperation about possible last-minute changes.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">No live animals may be part of any vendor display.</li></ul>VENDOR RELEASE &amp; AGREEMENT By submitting this registration and payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all Hometown Harvest Fest rules and vendor guidelines.The vendor agrees to release and hold harmless the Tunkhannock Business and Professional Association (TBPA), its representatives, volunteers, and event partners from claims, damages, losses, or injuries to persons or property arising from or related to the vendor&rsquo;s participation in Hometown Harvest Fest.Submission of registration and payment constitutes the vendor&rsquo;s acknowledgment and acceptance of this agreement and serves in place of a physical signature.
