The Heart Healthy Luncheon is scheduled for June 7, 2025.   It will be a fundraiser with part of the proceeds going to the American Heart Association. Topics will include cardiovascular health, high cholesterol, heart disease, metabolic diseases, physical fitness, nutrition, and more. We will have expert speakers, inspirational testimonials, poetry, music and healthy treats.
